Bryan Vaughn brings more than 20 years of financial experience to Baird, helping individuals and families navigate complex financial decisions with clarity and confidence. He works closely with clients to understand what matters most to them and develop thoughtful strategies designed to support their long-term goals through all stages of life.
With a background rooted in financial planning, investment strategy, retirement planning, tax-aware planning, estate considerations, and wealth preservation, Bryan takes a comprehensive approach to advice—connecting the moving pieces of a client’s financial life rather than viewing decisions in isolation. His goal is to provide guidance that adapts as life changes, offering steady perspective through both expected transitions and unforeseen events.
Bryan earned both his Bachelor of Business Administration and Master of Business Administration in Accounting and Finance from the TCU Neeley School of Business, and he holds the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® (CFP®) and Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designations. His education and credentials reflect a strong analytical foundation paired with practical experience serving clients over two decades.
Now at Baird, Bryan is focused on delivering personalized advice supported by a firm known for long-term thinking, strong client relationships, and a commitment to doing what’s right. He values collaboration, transparency, and disciplined decision-making—principles that align closely with Baird’s client-first culture.
Outside of work, Bryan enjoys spending time with his wife and two children and staying connected to his community. He believes that strong personal values and meaningful relationships are essential—not only in life, but in building lasting partnerships with clients.
